Project Consultant ( Military )

· Manage client relationships, help clients address their needs within their organization

· Develop experimentation proposal

· Design and conduct experimentation

· Design data collection plan for data collection

· Data management and analysis

· Provide report on experimentation findings and recommendation

· Simulation verification and validation

· Guide software engineer.

· Perform post experimentation knowledge management

· Work collaboratively

 

Candidates must:

· Former regular Military officer with last rank of LTC or Equivalent. (Candidates with the rank of Major or   

  equivalent will be considered)

· Excellent track record in operational position, Plans and Project management

· Prior experience in Concept Development will be an advantage

· Prior working knowledge using various modelling and simulation systems will be an advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine and confident presence that builds credibility         

  and trust.

· Strong presentation and project facilitation skills

· Ability to conceptualize and influence a vision

· Self starter, organized, self-disciplined with the ability to manage multiple streams of work

· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different work level suites

· Mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player

· A lifelong learner who treat learning as an essential part of work

· Alignment with company values, including client centricity and has strong entrepreneurial drive

· Fluency in spoken and written English
