Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award


Driven by our passion to delight our customers and ensuring each customer has an overall positive experience doing business with us, we have inaugurated the Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award in 2016. This Award is to recognize and reward our service/maintenance teams who have provided outstanding contributions toward customer satisfaction excellence.

There are two categories of award, the Silver and Gold trophies. The Gold trophy is our current highest form of customer satisfaction excellence recognition. The criteria for Silver or Gold award are determined by the stringent scorings from our invaluable customer satisfaction feedbacks.
